every 1/8th inch larger will move max torque rpm around 500rpm higher .the only reason your torque is allways climbing higher is boost never getting to max boost so it naturally makes more torque all the way over there to the right at redline if it hit full boost at 3000rpm like turbo youde have massive torque around full boost petering off…[Read more]

Length will play a big roll short and small diameter can sometimes give the best of both worlds for both torque and hp.to big you may loose 30+ft/lb of torque below 4500 rpm and only gain 5hp at peak making the car slower by a lot.2″ upwards with 3.5 collectors is 540 bigblock teratory. Egt within 1″ of head o2’s closer to stock ls1 distance from…[Read more]

You would want to talk to the guys that did the conversion to ls1 ecu and see what OS is in use before buying a tuning package that maybe can’t tune it.if it’s tuned with HPT and you buy efilive and can’t tune it would suck

Vs ecu just passes speed data straight through the ecu to dash just fit the corrector inline after ecu and the box will shift normal but Speedo will read correct.if you fit it before ecu you shifts will need tuning

Is the speed out due to diff gears if so jaycar Speedo corrector or similar inline from ecu to dash is the fix

You should be able to match up the wires at the under dash plug that joins engine loom to dash loom and have the stock diagnostic socket work as normal.
