I’ve got Koni Yellows (adjustable in mine) with SL lovels in the front and SSL Kings in the reach which with the tall rear tyre sits the car level. Previously with standard height rear tyres I was running SL all round which was fine too. Rule of thumb it find out what you have in your car to start with and start measuring from there.  SL is generally a 50mm drop over stock with ultra low (SSL) another 25 further. If you’re running a fairly normal sized wheel/tyre combo and not wanting to tuck tyre SL all round should do you fine. But do some measuring and know what wheels and height you are aiming for and go from there.

willtheyfit.com is also really handy, you can see what OD you will get from whatever you’re looking to put on there and can compare it to what you have on your car currently.

Finally for reference my VC 205/65/15 on the front 245/60/15 on the rear.

Does anyone else do tubular arms that don’t require a shorter spring? Was going to go the Pro9’s myself for tyre clearance but with already running Ultra lows in the rear I don’t know that I can get an off the shelf spring 2.5″ shorter…
