Looks like Tony’s gotten pretty good at this whole wiring thing. Must have been all that practice on mine!

That is some clean wiring. Is he going to wrap it in anything once he has finished?

Nice work mate, neat wiring pays off in spades as soon as you strike a gremlin and have to chase it through.

Once the fuel system and water pump are in and terminated it will get sleeved.

They are like 50lb from memory. Soon as you pulley up you will come very close to max cycle.

Like any engine, too big and it makes them difficult to tune and run nicely

A bit of a “Cheat” is to use a PWM Pump Driver to reduce the base pressure at Idle and Cruise this drops the flow of the Big Injector to a point where there’s enough Duration to maintain a stable flow and the car will run fine.

Looking Great Cav how far off are we?

Im all about cheating lol. I like that

Not sure mate, few more weeks at my mates for wiring i would assume. Then i have to book it in and get the bay smoothed and painted.

    THEN

    assmble everything.

They get covered by the factory plastics. Can’t tell they are even there.

My Weldon fuel pump driver has all that pulse width modulation etc built in, in fact, there’s lots you can control and do these days if you know what your doing ecu wise (I don’t!!).

Ran 1000cc injectors in a 3.0L I-6 no probs at all using this method otherwise you end up just about 0 ing the pulsewidth in the ECU and get to a point the injector isn’t stable and get a very lumpy idle…
