Hey guys, new to the forum but have been on another commodore forum site, though I would post up my ute for all to see.

Has the thread title says it’s a 2002 VU Ute in Heron White, brought it off a guy who used it has a work ute until he got bored of it and left it sat for 6months at his parents house. He originally paid $16K off another seller years back.

Specs are nothing fancy just a stock ecotec with auto box etc, pretty sure has a none lsd diff (stuffed though – have spare to put in), does have a custom exhaust which is believe to be a 2 and half inch into 3inch end with tips, came on PDW 20’s 245/30/20’s though all tyres are screwed.

Overall the ute is pretty good nick for it’s age, did have a VX SS front bar on but was screwed and sold to a mate to cut up and make a custom bar on his ride, has some flaking paint on the rear corners and tailgate, has well has dents on the tailgate too, does have issues with all gaurds need to be rolled and front guards need to be replaced has older seller got a angle grinder onto them and cut them off rather then getting professional done, which will be getting done in the future once on the road.

have had it for a month or 2 now, slowly collecting parts for it, will have a VX parts car to put new front panels onto it, need to swap over the diff and do all the brakes with new rotors and pads, then other small things like roof lining sagging and clean headlights etc. here are some pictures.

Nice and welcome to the forum!  So are the plans for a nice daily ute or are you looking at power upgrades down the track?

Yeah first plans is to get it on the road and fix few issues it had on it, then would like to get a ls1 wreck next year or 2 to convert it over.
