    Hi Guy’s,

There seems to be a lot of guessing / I heard / I know but have never done this.

VP, VQ, VR & VS arms and cradle ( sub frame) are identical

    Left VS   / Right Vp

VP, VQ, VR & VS inner hat ( Where cv bolts on) are identical

    Left VS   / Right Vp

VP, VQ, VR & VS axels are different……

    VP/VQ are 19mm Shorter than VR/VS

&NOTE: VP INNER BEARING SHIELD NOT REMOVED

This means the VR/VS Rotor hat ( total height if rotor) is 19mm

VP, VQ, VR & VS hand brake Assembly, shield, inner wheel arch & bearings are identical couldn’t be bothered with camera :)

    So if you want to

deep dish a VR/VS Simply use VP/VQ axel & rotors
to widen stance of a VP/VQ simply use VR/VS axels and rotors

On my next upcoming project I will be running VP Axels and rotors on a VR to allow for deeper dish wheels. due to the dish in my case I will also need to tub so this conversions helps but doesn’t solve all your issues

Also VT+ Handbrake & shield bolts up therefore make brake upgrade a piece of Pi$$

    :)

The VZ hubs are the same too. But the cradle is completely different. Unsure on arms.

Most people use VR/S arms on VQ/P to allow the use of most 42P standard GM wheels. I know I had issues with my old VT GTS rims hitting the inner guards on my VQ with factory arms.
