So the work car is an SV6 VE.  Battery went, and we changed it, since then the air bag light on the dash comes on.  Holdens reckon it cant just be cleared, that it may need a new airbag.  Sounds like bs to me.  Anyone know how I could go about just clearing it to see if that fixes it.  Is clearing it something that can be done easily or do I need to take it to someone?

    Thanks in advance.

Just watched a YouTube clip where the guy (in the US) undid the battery terminals, connected them together for 30 minutes, then reconnected them.  He reckons it resets the ECU, any idea if that may work?
