    Hey guys have you seen that hsv have been given the green light to build a $165 thousand dollar monster. Seen the news the other day. Powered by the corvette zr1 ls9.

    Was just reading that yesterday.  Great that they are going to go out with a big bang.  Just so sad that Holden (and I must admit Ford) are stopping just as they are building probably the best cars they ever have :cry:

    Yeah will be a sad day for both holden and ford the day they shut down. (Both will probley have museums in their honour). But yeah that will be the next powerplant conversion just more expensive than a lsa.

    The ls9 is prob the pinnacle of the lot. The engine is a work of art.
