    Hi All,

    I am about to wire up an external fuel pump and need some help with selecting the right wiring size and replay.

    The pump i have is a proflow PFEFS11380 – The current drawn will be between 9A (40PSI) and 17A (120PSI).

    I’d go minimum 30a on the Relay get one with an inbuilt fuse holder, 25a Wiring as well so it’s never an issue!

    Make sure your Ground connections are the same gauge wiring and spotless.

    Thank mate, i was thinking of a 30amp relay. I didn’t know they had inbuilt fuse holders. I was thinking that i would need about 6mm wiring.

    Narva do them, 6mm as in the OD insulation and all or 6mm thick wire?

    25 amp is around the 5mm OD..

    I went to autobarn and got the 25amp rated wire and the Narva 30amp relay with inbuilt fuse

    the rear brake line holder is in the way
