So not really just a joke. I was at Collingrove hillclimb on Sunday watching. Opened the gate for an old guy to let him out of the pits, and got chatting. Turns out he had been racing, and he is 85 years old. First off – LEGEND!! he tells me with a smirk, well I won one thing todays, the over 85 class
So he says to me in this dry way;
“My friends ask me why I am still playing with cars at 85”
“So I say to them, well no use playing with myself downstairs, nothing works down there anymore”
Cracked me up.
