No idea, might be easier to just use a bead tool?  I’m  assuming you’re trying to make sure the fuel line doesn’t slip off?

Can always use a CROX tool and just manhandle the hose over the flare.

I managed to get it to work. Do they make the crox tool in a 5/16th?

With my fuel line flares, I just used a brake flaring tool and did a light half flare

I tired using the double flaring tool and the hose didn’t want to go on. I got the beading tool to work even though it broke.
