Goodridge hoses are pretty good they are barbed on the fitting end for extra strength when crimped to the braided hose. XYZ and many of these other brands are import kits of the cheaper variety hence the low price big size kit options. The things we see with import kits is the fact that replacement parts are often hard to get and they are not compatible with local DBA or even AP Racing parts. Brake kits containing VE calipers and rotors also require a bracket to adapt them to the stub axle unlike the VT to VZ models. The VE option also has less clearance and may require a larger than 15″ rim as there are more options. Conversion hubs are also required for any larger brake upgrades on the VB to VP models.
