    Hi,

    Needing some urgent help please. I am away on holidays and cannot get to any expert help quickly.

    I have a VX Commodore Wagon and the rear hatch door will not open.

    I have removed the rear paneling and exposed the locking mechanism. Everything appears to be in order. I have found 2 steel rods and both are working properly.

    I can manually push the mechanism to open the door but it just does nothing.

    I assume something has gone wrong inside the mechanism itself.

    I have pushed and prodded for too long now and need some help.
