It’s his “Driver” so it’s 308 bottom end and 304 top end, pulled the TH400 and am replacing it with a 7004 and rebuilding the engine to much the same spec, he’s done 200K Km’s so it’s a bit tired and leaky and just needs some TLC.

Actually preferred the HT’s but had a couple of Q’s, very pretty cars just a pity about the current prices!

    Today End!

Long day, I have everything ready for the machine shop tomorrow if my Shocks are ready to collect.

Once I was done I played Musical cripple cars so it’s all good for now!

Very different cars, would all come down to what the end use was, a Mate had Grice’s old car that came second at Bathurst in 79, awesome fun on the road..  B-)

Any interest in seeing what the Lexcen would do on the drag strip? Even just for curiosities sake?

Yea re reading Cava he said “of all automobiles”  have to say I admit I haven’t driven all cars but for me the 911 is the perfect car.  Just the perfect mix of speed, handling, reliability, looks, comfort.  But its a very personal thing.  But def for me the A9X was the best Aussie muscle car ever.  Anyone old enough to have watched the 79 race, and to see Brockie set the lap record on the last lap of a 1,000km race with his hand out the window waving to t he crowd just gives me smile thinking of it :)  Mind you I wouldnt knock back a any model Monaro…

Never seen one before, just had a read on their website.  Are they as good as they say?  Seem like a pretty handy bit of kit?
