    Just wanted to say ‘Hi”

I’m new new here and wanted to introduce myself.

    I’m Andrew, I have a 1997 VSII, 5.0Lt factory manual IRS sedan.

Ive had the car for close to 15 years, its Rubens red, is sporting a new VT roller motor (just tuned) and are in the process of a brake upgrade HSV 332 x 32 and PBR sports calipers.

The rest of the car isn’t super, has been a daily for quite a while and is suffering the usual GM-H clear de-lamination issues of other cars of the 1990’s.

Next job is some new pipes and replacing the M78 centre with an M80 and some 3.45’s

    Cheers.

Good stuff mate. Welcome aboard. Throw up some snaps of the car when you get a chance.

Welcome, the VS 5.0L are an awesome car, we had an ex highway patrol car back in the late 90’s & went really well.

Will add some snaps soon, it is really not photo worthy ATM.

I have a heap of shots from the engine build that will post soon.

Just about to embark on a second motor for it.

I have a very low k (sub 15K klms from new) roller cam bottom end and a Marks Workshop / Eaton 112 blower with a big ARE water to air cooler cooler.

Wanting to see how many KW’s I can make from a standard bottom end.

I have a Crow billet roller blower cam and some other bits.
